1. Overview
MultSaver ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). MultSaver is a tool-based platform that processes publicly accessible URLs provided by users. We do not host, store, or distribute video content on our servers.
If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice as described below.
2. What We Can and Cannot Remove
Because MultSaver does not host video files, we cannot remove content from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), or Facebook. Copyright complaints for content hosted on those platforms must be directed to the platform itself:
- YouTube: YouTube Copyright Complaint
- Instagram / Facebook: Meta IP Report
- TikTok: TikTok Copyright Report
- X (Twitter): X DMCA Form
What we can act on: if our own website content (blog articles, guides, images, or tool descriptions) infringes your copyright, we will promptly investigate and remove it upon receipt of a valid notice.
3. How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid DMCA notice, your written complaint must include all of the following:
- Your full legal name and contact information (email address, mailing address, and phone number).
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL(s) on multsaver.com where the allegedly infringing content appears.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
4. Where to Send Your Notice
Send DMCA notices by email to:
5. Response Timeline
We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 2 business days. If the notice is valid and relates to content we host or control, we will take action within 5–10 business days.
Incomplete notices that do not meet all six requirements listed above cannot be processed.
6. Counter-Notification
If content you submitted or that belongs to you was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Counter-notifications must comply with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) and include your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement of good faith, and your signature.
Send counter-notifications to the same email address: dmca@multsaver.com.
7. Repeat Infringers
MultSaver reserves the right to terminate access to our services for users who are repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights, in appropriate circumstances.
